Jami Liverman

Biography

Jami's culinary expertise began early on, when at the age of 7 he picked up his mother's pan and cooked his very first omelette. Ever since then, a keen ability to compose winning recipes, combined with natural talent has helped him achieve success.

Jami studied Culinary Arts at the prestigious Institute of Culinary Education in New York City. Following his education he trained at various Manhattan Restaurants including the Union Square Cafe, Payard, and The Harrison; while at the same time selling his home made creations through Martha Francis Mississippi Cheesecakes and Blue Earth Caterers.

Jami recently brought his expertise back to his native Montreal, where his unique creations have already caused quite a commotion. His style of baking is a combination of his training, his upbringing and his own interpretation of rustic chic cuisine.
